Now you will advance to the app's home screen. To begin, you'll simply click on the phone icon and type in a phone number or pull a number from your contacts. Next, you'll be prompted to call the Rev's Recorder line to initiate the recording and connect your call. During the call, you will hear a prompt announcing that this call is being recorded and you'll conduct your call as necessary.
After you complete your call, you'll see a notification stating that you own the call 100% and you'll have the ability to download these call recordings to your device. Click “Got it” to reveal your recordings dashboard. Click on the recording to reveal a set of helpful options allowing you to playback the recording or to rewind or fast forward through the call in 15 second increments.
By clicking on the three dots beside “Transcribe,” you'll be able to rename the file, trim to edit the start and stop points of the recording or delete it. You can have the recorded call professionally transcribed by the folks at Rev by clicking the Transcribe button and placing an order.
But before you have it transcribed, you may wish to save the recording as a file so that you can use our $10 Off Coupon on your first transcription. Click here to access the Rev $10 Off Coupon. Inside the app, the share button allows you to share the recording with a fellow contact or save the recording to your files or another desired location.
